Oops!... I Did It Again ist ein Song aus der zweiten Episode der vierten Staffel, Britney 2.0. Er wird von Rachel performt, um Cassandra zu zeigen, dass sie sexy sein kann. Danach hat Cassandra allerdings nur Lob für Brody übrig, weshalb Rachel sauer wird und ihr sagt, dass sie nur neidisch auf sie ist, da Rachel noch eine Karriere vor sich hat, während ihre vorbei ist und sie sie auch nicht wiederbekommen wird. Daraufhin wird sie von Cassandra aus der Klasse geworfen.
Das Original stammt von Britney Spears aus ihrem zweiten, gleichnamigen Album "Oops!... I Did It Again" aus dem Jahr 2000.

- Drei ehemalige "So You Think You Can Dance"-Teilnehmer sind Teil der Performance. Zwei von ihnen, darunter Melanie Moore, sind die Gewinner der achten Staffel, während Marko Germar in der gleichen Staffel den dritten Platz belegte. Sie tauchen ebenfalls bei All That Jazz auf.
- Dean Geyer war während des Drehs ein wenig schüchtern und Lea Michele musste ihm sagen: "Warum sind deine Hände nicht an mir? Du kannst mich wirklich berühren!". Einige Momente später, als Dean fragte wie tief er sie für den Spagat runterlassen kann, antwortete sie ihm: "Keine Sorge, ich komm ganz auf den Boden runter", was sie tat.
- Gerüchten zufolge nahm die "Unheilige Dreieinigkeit" den Song für die erste Britney Spears-Tributfolge auf, aber er wurde nie veröffentlicht.
